Bath Rovers FC 1-6 PF Loco FC

Loco Go Loco Over Local Rivals

An all Bath matchup took place at Batheaston Rec but it went the way of the higher division favourites as PF Loco ran out 6-1 winners against their Division 3 neighbours Bath Rovers.

Angus Williamson and Matthew Curnock will have been fighting over the matchball as they both scored a hat-trick in this resounding win. Andrew Marks with the consolation for Rovers.

FC Trinity 0-7 Kingsmead FC

Premier Division Kings Too Strong For Trin

A trip to Lansdown Playing Field for an all Bath affair and it will be Kingsmead who went home the happier after a 0-7 demolition of FC Trinity.

Goals from Brad Norris(2), Ben Wych, Nya Ifill, Jed Benjamin, Ryan Rudland alongside a very unfortunate own goal from Trinity goalkeeper Sam Mead after a blocked shot cannoned off of the bar and hit the hapless Mead and went in.

Corsham Rovers FC 2-3 Whiteway FC

Whiteway Advance With Narrow Win

A thrilling encounter took place at Leafy Lane with Whiteway FC just coming out on top with a 2-3 victory over Corsham Rovers in this all Division 3 clash.

Whiteway went into the break with a 2 goal advantage thanks to a brace from Cameron New and they would have been forgiven for thinking that they were coasting into the next round.

However despite a 3rd goal from Jack Deadman, goals from Morgan Akerman & Ciaran Taylor for Rovers ensured a nervy finish to this tie.

Farrington Albion FC 3-5 Gringos FC

Albion Fight In Vain

Despite a positive response to their opening day defeat, Farrington Albion were dispatched from the KO Cup after a 3-5 loss to Gringos FC

Despite goals from Ed Bruce, Oliver Smith & Josh McLellan, Grongos advanced thanks to a Zack Manna brace and further strikes from Callum Parfitt, Jakob Seviour & Ted Kirkham.

Fox & Hounds(Warminster) FC 3-3 Audley FC

Audley Win 2-4 On Penalties

Tight Affair Settled On Penalties

An all division 2 clash between Fox & Hounds and Audley FC did not disappoint as the 90 minutes heralded 6 goals, 3 apiece from each side.

A brace from Reece Collier and a strike from Beau Blakeman for Fox were cancelled out by goals from Jordan Tarrant, Gareth Jones & Connor Laidlaw for Audley.

As customary in the early rounds, the tie went straight to penalties where Audley prevailed 2-4 in the shootout.

Olympic Victoria 2-1 Team Nathan AFC

Another all Bath clash as Olympic Victoria shaded a close encounter by 2 goals to 1 against Team Nathan.

Goals from Tom Potter & Matt Edwards cancelled out a Jonathan Taylor strike for Team Nathan to ensure OV advance to the next round.

Semington FC 2-1 Calne United FC

Semington Edge Division 1 Clash

This time it was the all Division 1 clash of 2 former CDFSL teams that took place at Little Marsh and it was another tight clash that went the way of Semington with a 2-1 victory over Calne United.

Semington talisman Richie Allum got a brace to ensure his side took victory by the closest of margins with Jake Mizen scoring for United.

The British Lion FC 6-1 Griffin FC

Lion Gobbles The Griffin

The British Lion got their cup campaign off to a flyer at the expense of Griffin FC running gout 6-1 winners.

Braces from Jack Waters and substitute Adam Bewley added to strikes from Glynn Rowles and Chris Jenkins for Lions 6, another substitute Laurie Rouwenhorst scored Griffin’s consolation in the final 10 minutes.

Warminster Athletic FC 11-0 Marshfield FC

Warminster Run Riot Against Hapless Marshfield

Highest scorers of the day went to Warminster Athletic as despite a red card apiece for Dan Walker(Warminster) & Theo Patch(Marshfield), they plundered 11 goals without reply for the biggest win of the day. Goals were shared amongst Ethan Green(3), Ben Bullus(3), Grady Dufosee(2), Tyler Cuff(2) and the final goal was scored by Robert Whitty.
