SPIRES SUFFER HEAVY LOSS TO THE FOX & HOUNDS

Fox & Hounds (Warminster) dropped 4 points in their two meetings against Spires Athletic so when Spires travelled to the land Warfare Centre they would have been confident of getting something from their first meeting of the season with the Fox especially as Kieran Baskerville’s side had convincing won their last four matches.

Fox & Hounds themselves were in fine form ahead of the game and in what must have been one of their best ever performances ripped up the form book between the two sides as they put the visitors to the sword with a thumping 10-2 triumph that saw Sam Wright turn on the style with a 6 goal salvo.

After the break, Billal Karmouni and Sam Alford scored their first goals of the season for Beeches before Tom Dowell capped a great individual performance when he completed his hat trick, with goal number six of the day for Ben Cooper and Lewis McMullen’s side.
