With the weather again playing havoc with the fixtures of the Wiltshire Sunday Cup, four teams from the Chippenham & Bath League will try again to complete their outstanding matches where Fox & Hounds (Warminster), Bath Road Wanderers and Green Dragon will be hoping that it will be third time lucky.

FC DEVIZES KEEP SUNDAY CUP DREAMS ALIVE

Last season’s Chippenham & Bath League, Premier division winners Scoop entertained Swindon based Steam Railway who they bossed on their way and raced into a 5-0 half time lead. A further goal in the second half ensured that Scoop moved into the next round where the visit Old Town Athletic.

Scoop’s goals came from top scorer Adam Butterworth, two from Edward Summers and one apiece from Jake Brand, Davin Selkridge-Carty and Rory Davis.

OLD ROAD SUFFER AWAY LOSS

Old Road travelled to Salisbury based Laverstock & Ford but came away empty handed as they went down to a 6-0 defeat.
