INFORM MANOR SHOCK HIGH FLYING IVY

AFC Ivy welcomed Manor FC to their Odd Down home. Manor who had beaten leaders Forest Albion in their last game before Christmas are certainly on form at present.

Chris Spurrey opened the scoring for Manor before Tyler Mayoh equalised and then scored again to give Ivy the lead. Manor’s leading scorer Tyreece Chevolleau equalised for the visitors as the teams went in level at 2-2 half time.

The second half belonged to the visitors as first Tyreece Chevolleau scored again and then Chris Spurrey added his second goal before Tyreece completed his hat trick to give Manor a 5-1 away win

BALCHIN NETS TREBLE IN ATHLETIC WIN

Team Nathan AFC welcomed Trowbridge Athletic to their Peasedown St John home. The division’s leading scorer Kieran Balchin opened the scoring for the visitors to give them a 1-0 half time lead.

Jimmy Bradley equalised for Team Nathan in the second half before Kieran Balchin scored twice more to complete his hat trick. A final goal from Leighton Paradise gave the visitors a 4-1 away win.

WIN MOVES LACOCK INTO SECOND PLACE

Weston Village – Team Nathan welcomed Lacock Athletic to their Lansdown home with both teams struggling to find some consistent form, albeit Lacock had far the better record to date. The visitors opened the scoring with a Ryan Withers goal. He added a second for the visitors before an unfortunate own goal saw Lacock take a 3-0 lead into half time.

The second half belonged to Jay Watkin whose hat trick gave the visitors a commanding 6-0 lead.

Kevin Boadi did pull a goal back for the home team but Lacock who finished the match with 10 players after they had Joe Cole dissmissed left with a 6-1 away win which moved them into second place for now.
