Corsham Rovers made it five wins on the bounce as they hold on to the number one spot in the Chippenham & Bath League Second Division, however they had one of their hardest games of the season before seeing off a brave Semington outfit.
Forest Renegades pulled off the result of the day by defeating the prviouslly unbeaten Griffin FC side.
Top of the table clash between unbeaten Corsham Rovers and Combe Down saw a Rovers win take them top of the pile. Unbeaten Griffin maintained their record to go second in a high scoring clash with Olympic Victoria.

With the majority of Chippenham & Bath League, Division Two teams in Knockout Cup action, Combe Down and Griffin FC extended their 100% starts to the new season.
A 4-1 success for the Downers away at Marshfield also saw them take over the number one spot from Corsham Rovers.
After the opening two weeks of the new season, both Combe Down and Corsham Rovers remain with perfect records and have 6 points apiece, however due to their massive goal difference the later sit proudly at the top of the Division Two table at this very early stage.
