There may have only been one fixture played in the Chippenham & Bath Premier Division, but the outcome of the FC Devizes United Vs Kingsmead match, may just have decided where the top flight title will end up this season. A 3-2 victory for James Stobart’s side has seen them open up a 12 point lead over the chasing pack who all have games in hand on leaders, but will take some catching.

University Of Bath celebrated their first league win since they joined the Chippenham & Bath League at the start of the current campaign. With Hourglass withdrawing from the League earlier in the week, it means that just seven team are left battling for the silverwar.

An outstanding all-round performance from FC Devizes United who stormed to victory over Premier division champions Scoop saw them stretch their lead at the top, albeit Scoop have 3 matches in hand on the current leaders.
